A Nutrition Coach is...

  • not only a teacher who instructs on the present knowledge of nutrition
  • not only a mentor who advises best practice in let’s say weight loss—(you supply the issue)
  • not only a counselor who empathizes with your emotional eating

But

  • also a good listener who asks life changing questions
  • who cannot—nor will not—FIX you
  • who can help you think outside the box to reduce your barriers to success into lifestyle change or performance change.

You will do the work. You will pay the fee. You will make the change as you become aware of new ways to deal with that old problem. And it won’t happen over night, but the coach will be available to help you look, listen, and feel yourself into a place where you are confident in making your own decisions. And then you won’t need a coach anymore.
